§ 130.15 SCHOOL PROPERTY.

(A) No person shall mark with any substance, or in any other manner deface or do damage to any building owned, occupied, or otherwise used as a school within the city.

(B) No person shall mark with any substance, or in any other manner deface or do damage to any fence, tree, lawn, motor vehicle, or other fixture situated on lands owned, occupied, or otherwise used by a school within the city.
