§ 130.05 ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES — OPEN CONTAINERS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to have in his or her possession any open container of alcoholic beverage with a consumable amount of alcoholic beverage contained therein, upon any public street, sidewalk, or alley within the city.
