CITY OF IMLAY CITY ZONING ORDINANCE
§ 130.04 CITY PROPERTY.
   (A)   No person shall wilfully, or maliciously, injure, mar, deface or destroy any building or part of building, belonging to the city.
   (B)   No person shall wilfully, or maliciously, injure, mar, deface, remove or destroy any personal property of any kind or nature belonging to the city.
