Any person or persons in the city who shall commit any of the following acts shall be deemed disorderly persons:
(A) Incite, encourage, participate in any manner or be connected with any rout, riot, or unlawful assemblage, or make or assist in making any noise or disturbance which shall tend to destroy peace and good order;
(B) Be engaged in, or in any manner, connected with any brawl, tumult or disorder;
(C) Disturb or be instrumental in disturbing any congregation or society or other public meeting assembled for any lawful purpose; or
(D) Stand in crowds, or remain loitering on sidewalks, or street corners so as to hinder or impede the passing of pedestrians, or in front of any church, or place of worship, or in any public hall or place of amusement so as to interfere with people lawfully going to or departing from the same;
(E) Be engaged in any affray, or commit any assault or assault and battery upon another;
(F) Commit any act whatsoever amounting to a breach of the peace; or
(G) Make any indecent exposure of their person or who shall use any indecent, immoral or profane language; or
(H) Show or sell, or exhibit for sale, any indecent or obscene pictures, drawings, engravings, paints, books or pamphlets;
(I) Conduct, or manage or be connected with any indecent or obscene show or exhibition of any kind;
(J) Enter upon the premises of any private residence after dark and look into the windows for either idle curiosity or to frighten the occupants thereof;
(K) Go about the streets and public places telling or pretending to tell fortunes;
(L) Go about any street, alley or other public place wearing masks, or with their faces otherwise covered or disguised so that their countenances cannot be recognized; provided, however that it shall be lawful to mask on Halloween nights and for attending masquerade parties;
(M) Be a common prostitute;
(N) Be a keeper of a bawdy house or house for the resort of prostitutes; and
(O) Spit or expectorate in public places.
