§ 95.14 FAILURE TO OBEY NOTICE.
   For each and every day in which any such owner, or occupant, shall fail to remove renovate and abate the nuisance after notification to do so, the owner or occupant may be complained of, as for a separate and distinct offense and punished as provided for in the penalty section.
