There shall be no outside burning allowed in the downtown commercial area described as those businesses that front on Third Street, Bancroft Street, and Almont Avenue from Main Street to Caulkins Street, and Fourth Street to the Grand Trunk Railroad tracks. This shall, also, include the north side of E. Second Street from S. Almont Avenue east to S. Cedar Street.
