§ 94.01 COMBUSTIBLE MATERIALS.
   No person or persons shall make any fire in any street, lane, or alley, or private or public property, within 20 feet of any building, fence, wood pile, or other combustible material in the city, and if any fire shall be made, it shall be attended by at least one person continuously during the burning of the fire, who shall have sufficient ability to extinguish the same upon his own initiative, or by the request of the city; and no person or persons shall deposit or leave any ashes within 20 feet of any building, fence, wood pile, or other combustible material within the limits of the city, unless the same be deposited or left in an iron or other safe repository from fire.
