§ 91.20 UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF CATS.

It shall be unlawful to own, possess, shelter, harbor, keep, or have custody of more than three cats, which are over six months old, on the same premises except in any commercial animal establishment, animal shelter, or veterinary hospital or clinic.
