§ 70.18 PRESUMPTION OF LIABILITY.
   (A)   Any person who, while under the influence of an alcoholic beverage or any controlled substance, or a combined influence of an alcoholic beverage and a controlled substance, operates a motor vehicle, which operation results in an emergency response, shall be responsible and/or liable for the expense of the emergency response.
   (B)   For purposes of this subchapter, it shall be presumed that a person who is operating a motor vehicle under the influence of an alcoholic beverage if chemical analysis of the driver's blood, urine or breath indicates that the amount of alcohol in the driver's blood at the time of the occurrence was in excess of 0.07%.
