§ 52.51 WELLS AND GROUNDWATER USE PROHIBITED.

Except as provided in § 52.52, no person shall install or utilize, or allow, permit or provide for the installation or utilization of a well within the city. Except as provided in § 52.52, no person shall use any groundwater from any property located within the city for any purpose.
