§ 52.24 CITY ATTORNEY'S DUTIES.
   The City Attorney is hereby authorized and directed to institute such proceedings, in the name of the city, in any court having jurisdiction over such matters, against any property outside of the city limits for which a water bill has remained unpaid 60 days after it has been rendered.
