§ 52.10 REQUEST FOR SHUTOFF.
   Water shall be shut off at the consumer's or property owner's request for laying up the premises or for other reasons. When so shut off, a service fee shall be charged before water is again turned on. The service fee shall be as adopted by motion of the City Commission.
