§ 52.06 APPLICATIONS NEEDED FOR CONNECTIONS.
   (A)   All applications for connections with the Water System of the city shall be made at the City Office on forms furnished by the city. The forms shall contain a statement indicating the use of the water.
   (B)   Connection fees shall be made according to a fee schedule as adopted by motion of the City Commission.
