CITY OF IMLAY CITY ZONING ORDINANCE
§ 52.02 INTENT TO OBSTRUCT WATER SUPPLY.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to place or deposit any dirt or other material in any fire hydrant or in any valve box or curb stop box or to commit any act tending to obstruct the use thereof or in any way injure any fixture connected with the Water Works System owned and operated by the city.
