§ 52.01 VANDALISM TO WATER WORKS SYSTEM.
   No person shall deface, damage, or obstruct or commit any act tending to deface, damage or obstruct in any manner any building, machinery, pipes, mains, fittings, or apparatus or other fixtures in connection with the Water Works System owned or operated by the city.
