§ 50.08 DISPOSAL OF GARBAGE.

Each garbage licensee shall dispose of all garbage entirely outside of the city limits in such a manner as not to create a public or private nuisance, or in a sanitary landfill operated by the licensee. No person shall dump garbage in any area designated by the city as a city dump.
