§ 50.04 TRANSPORTING GARBAGE.
   Care shall be taken in transporting garbage and other refuse to the truck as not to litter property and all garbage and other refuse transported over the streets shall be carried in a manner which prevents the contents from leaking or escaping and in a closed vehicle.
