For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
GARBAGE. Refuse accumulation of animals, fruit or vegetable matter, liquid or otherwise, that attends the preparation, use and cooking of foods.
OTHER REFUSE MATTER. All other rubbish such as ashes, bottles, waste paper, rags, etc.; but does not mean recognized industrial byproducts, human or animal excreta, sewage, or dead animals.
