§ 36.03 CLASS OF HOUSING DEVELOPMENTS.
   (A)   The class of housing development to which the tax exemption shall apply and for which a service charge shall be paid in lieu of such taxes shall be elderly/handicapped/disabled classification which are financed or assisted pursuant to the act.
   (B)   The following property is of this class: Cambridge Court I Senior Citizen Apartments.
