§ 150.055 PURPOSE; IDENTIFYING SPECIAL DEVELOPMENTS.
   (A)   The purpose of this subchapter is to identify the various types of special developments that normally pose special concerns to the Board of County Commissioners and elected officials when reviewing and acting upon subdivision requests. Therefore, this subchapter outlines the general plan submittal requirements and design standards that shall be taken into consideration when acting on special developments. The provisions of this subchapter are in addition to the plan requirements and design standards that are required by §§ 150.015 through 150.020 and 150.035 through 150.040. The required information shall be submitted to the County Clerk with the preliminary plat.
   (B)   The developer shall provide the Board of County Commissioners with a drawing or map of adequate scale to show the completed development, and will include, at least, the following:
      (1)   The exterior boundary of the site; and
      (2)   A topographic map showing contour lines at an adequate interval for the site, any major natural features, such as: large rock outcroppings; streams; lakes; and the like, with existing natural ground cover of the area, such as: trees; meadows; cropland; sage; and the like.
