Applications for renewal of service must be in writing to the City Clerk and shall be accompanied by a fee of thirty five dollars ($35.00). Renewal of service after an emergency shutoff as noted in section 9-1-21 of this chapter shall be done at no charge, providing that said renewal is scheduled at the convenience of the City.
