§ 153.005 CONVEYANCE OF LAND PARCEL; LOT SPLIT.
   No conveyance of a parcel of land in which the parcel of land conveyed is described by metes and bounds, or by reference of a plat made after adoption of these platting regulations without recommendation by the Planning Commission, approval by Council resolution, shall be made or recorded if the parcel described in the conveyance is less than five acres in area and 300 feet in width unless that parcel is a separate parcel of record on the effective date of this chapter or unless an agreement to convey that parcel was entered into prior to that time and the instrument showing agreement to convey is recorded in the office of the County Recorder within one year hereafter. A registered land survey identifying the lot split and the two resulting lots shall be submitted with this request. All existing structures and the setbacks from property lines, easements, adjacent streets and rights-of-way shall be identified on the survey.
