(A) The application, administration, and enforcement of the code shall be in accordance with Minn. Rules Ch. 1300, as it may be amended from time to time.
(B) The code enforcement agency of the municipality is called the Building/Zoning/Planning Department.
(C) This subchapter shall be enforced by the state-certified Building Official designated by the municipality to administer the Code (M.S. § 326B.133, as it may be amended from time to time).
