(A) The issuance of permits and the collection of fees shall be as authorized in M.S. § 326B.153, as it may be amended from time to time.
(B) (1) Permit fees shall be assessed for work governed by this code in accordance with the fee schedule, as it may be amended by the City Council from time to time, adopted by the municipality by ordinance.
(2) In addition, a surcharge fee shall be collected on all permits issued for work governed by this code in accordance with M.S. § 326B.148, as it may be amended from time to time.
