§ 132.44  DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   CREDIT. An arrangement or understanding with the drawee for the payment of the check or other order for the payment of money to which this subchapter applies.
