The fees for rental unit registration, registration renewal, late fees and inspections will be set by the City Council in the ordinance adopting the city’s fee schedule, as it may be amended by the City Council from time to time. Failure to pay appropriate fees will result in the city assessing such amounts to the property value through the county.
