§ 31.24 SENIOR ADVISORY BOARD.
   (A)   Establishment and composition. A Senior Advisory Board is hereby established. The Board shall be composed of seven members who shall serve staggered three-year terms. The Mayor may, from time to time, appoint ex-officio members to serve in an advisory capacity to the Board, and these members shall serve at the discretion of the Mayor.
   (B)   Duties. The Board shall advise the Parks, Recreation and Community Education Board and staff concerning management and use of the multi-purpose senior center, and shall develop and maintain a management plan which provides opportunity for all senior-related activities to flourish.
