All items must be stored within the licensed premises building, except the city may permit the licensee to designate one locked and secured warehouse building within the city in which the licensee may store oversized items. No item may be stored in the designated warehouse building that is not reported in the journal. The licensee shall permit immediate inspection of the warehouse at any time during business hours by the city, and failure to do so is a violation of this chapter. Oversized items may not be stored in parking lots or other outside areas. All provisions regarding record keeping and reporting shall apply to oversized items.
