Any person desiring a license under this chapter shall file with the City Administrator, on a form provided by the city, a written application signed by the applicant and containing the name of the applicant, if an individual, the names of co-partners, if a partnership and, if a corporation, the names of the principal officers of the corporation, together with a brief description of the place or location at which the business is to be conducted, along with other information routinely required by the City Administrator in connection with applications for business licenses.
