§ 117.40  COMPLAINTS.
   In addition to the requirements of this subchapter, the cable operator shall prepare and maintain complete written records of all complaints received and the resolution of those complaints, including the date of resolution of the complaints. These written records shall be on file at the office of the cable operator. The cable operator shall provide the city with a written summary of all complaints received and their resolution on a quarterly basis. The city may direct the form and the substance of the quarterly reports.
