(A) License required. It is unlawful for any person to engage in snow removal, for hire and on the privately owned premises of another, using any type of equipment upon which there is a power unit exceeding 12 horsepower, without a license therefor from the city.
(B) License regulations. The failure of any licensee to strictly comply with all provisions of this code of ordinances relating to snow removal shall be grounds for revocation.
