§ 114.35  LICENSE REQUIRED.
   (A)   It is unlawful for any person to operate a public dancing place, or to hold a public dance, without a license for that activity from the city.
   (B)   In lieu of a per dance license for a specific dance, the City Council may grant an annual license under terms and conditions as it deems appropriate.
