§ 113.32  OTHER LAWS.
   This subchapter is intended to supplement the State Clean Air Act, M.S. §§ 144.411 to 144.417, as they may be amended from time to time. Nothing in this subchapter authorized smoking in any location where smoking is prohibited or restricted by other laws.
