§ 30.30  CITY ADMINISTRATOR.
   (A)   Purchases by the City Administrator. The City Administrator is hereby authorized to make purchases and enter into contracts where the amount of the contract is estimated to be $50,000 or less. The contract may be made either upon quotation or in the open market, in the discretion of the City Administrator in accordance with state law. If the contract is made upon quotation, it shall be based, so far as practicable, on at least two quotations which shall be kept on file for a period of at least one year after their receipt. The City Administrator may delegate authority to enter into contracts to individual directors where the amount of the contract is estimated to be $2,000 or less.
   (B)   Duties of the City Clerk. The City Administrator shall perform all statutory duties of the City Clerk.
