§ 96.02 STORAGE OF FLAMMABLE AND EXPLOSIVE MATERIAL PROHIBITED.

No bulk plants for storage of flammable or combustible liquids, or bulk storage of liquified petroleum gas, not established on the effective date of this chapter, shall be permitted. No storage of explosives or blasting agents shall be permitted.
