The subdivision of lots is not allowed, and no one shall be interred in any lot; except that, they have an interest therein or except by written consent of all parties interested in the lot and of the city; provided, however, a relative or any record owner may be buried in the lot as provided for in these ordinances or in the statutes of the state.
