Regular meetings of the Council shall be held in the Council Chambers on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month at 5:30 p.m. Unless otherwise stated in the notice of the meeting, special and adjourned meetings shall also be in the Council Chambers. In the event that any regular meeting falls on a holiday, then the meeting shall be rescheduled by the Council. No Council meeting shall be conducted after 6:00 p.m. on the day of a political party precinct caucus.
