(A) (1) In accordance with M.S. § 204B.14, as it may be amended from time to time, the city does hereby adopt new election precincts, identified as Precincts 1, 2 and 3, specifically described as:
(a) Precinct 1 of the city shall include all that territory of the city lying east of the centerline of Highway 15 with all lands hereafter annexed lying east of the above designated ward boundary shall be included in Precinct 1;
(b) The Second Precinct shall include all that territory of the city lying west of Highway 15 (Main Street) and north of the following described line: beginning at the intersection of Main Street and Milwaukee Avenue SW and continuing along the centerline of Milwaukee Avenue SW in a westerly direction to the intersection of Milwaukee Avenue SW and Lynn Road SW and continuing in a northerly direction along the centerline of Lynn Road SW to the intersection of Lynn Road SW and Juul Road SW, thence west along the centerline of Juul Road SW to the intersection of Juul Road SW and Dale Street SW, thence northeasterly along the centerline of Dale Street SW to the intersection of Dale Street SW and Second Avenue SW thence proceeding north to the south bank of the Crow River and thence along the south bank of the Crow River to a point intersecting with the westerly boundary of the city; lands hereinafter annexed lying north and west of the above described precinct boundary shall be included in Precinct 2; and
(c) The Third Precinct shall include all that territory of the City of Hutchinson lying west of Highway 15 (Main Street) and south of the following described line: beginning at the intersection of Main Street and Milwaukee Avenue SW and continuing along the centerline of Milwaukee Avenue SW in a westerly direction to the intersection of Milwaukee Avenue SW and Lynn Road SW and continuing in a northerly direction along the centerline of Lynn Road SW to the intersection of Lynn Road SW and Juul Road SW, thence west along the centerline of Juul Road SW to the intersection of Juul Road SW and Dale Street SW, thence northeasterly along the centerline of Dale Street SW to the intersection of Dale Street SW and Second Avenue SW, thence proceeding north to the south bank of the Crow River and thence along the south bank of the Crow River to a point intersecting with the westerly boundary of the city; lands hereinafter annexed lying south and west of the above described precinct boundary shall be included in Precinct 3.
(2) They are as also shown on the map attached to Ord. 12-0686, marked as “Exhibit A” thereto and incorporated as if fully set out herein.
(B) The polling place for Precinct 1, Precinct 2 and Precinct 3 in the city is the Recreation Center located at 900 Harrington Street SW, Hutchinson, Minnesota 55350.
