Pursuant to authority granted by the charter, this chapter of the city code is enacted so as to set down for enforcement the government and good order of the city by and through the Council.

§ 30.02 ABSENTEE BALLOT COUNTING BOARD.
The Council hereby authorizes an Absentee Ballot Counting Board and further authorizes the election judges of that Board to receive, examine and validate absentee ballots. The further duties of the Board shall be those provided by statute.
