§ 92.999  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person convicted of violating any provision of §§ 92.055 through 92.059 of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $1,000 or imprisonment for not more than 90 days, or both, plus the costs of prosecution in either case.
   (C)   Violation of any other provision of this chapter, including maintaining a nuisance after being notified in writing by first class mail of a violation of any provision of this chapter, shall be a misdemeanor and punished as provided in § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
