§ 91.25 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   UNCLAIMED PROPERTY. Tangible or intangible property that has lawfully come into the possession of the city in the course of municipal operations, remains unclaimed by the owner, has been in the possession of the city for at least 60 days and has been declared such by resolution of Council.
