§ 72.14 PARKING ON PRIVATE PROPERTY; CONSENT REQUIRED.
   It is a misdemeanor to park or abandon a motor vehicle on the property of another, or upon an area developed as an off-street parking facility, without the consent of the owner, lessee or person in charge of that property or facility.
