§ 72.11 PARKING FOR PURPOSE OF ADVERTISING OR SALE PROHIBITED.

(A) It is unlawful for any person to park a vehicle on any street for the purpose of advertising that vehicle for sale, or for the purpose of advertising for sale or selling merchandise thereon or therein or advertising any merchandise for sale or a forthcoming event.

(B) The Council may, in its discretion, waive the enforcement of this section for a particular event.
