(A) Storm water management plans may be amended only by a written request submitted to the City Engineer.
(B) This request shall contain the reason for the change and documentation related to any additional change in projected impacts, which may result from amendment approval.
(C) (1) Amendment requests submitted prior to final approval of a plan application shall be considered part of the original submittal.
(2) Amendment requests filed after plan approval shall be considered following the same procedures as if it were a new application and subject to applicable review periods.
