Other than those outlined in the Manual, any hydrologic models and/or design methodologies used to determine runoff conditions and to analyze storm water management structures and facilities, shall be approved in advance by the City Engineer. All storm water management plans, drawings, specifications and computations for storm water management facilities submitted for review shall contain a validated seal and shall be signed by a professional engineer registered in the state.
