§ 112.141 MICRO-DISTILLERY COCKTAIL ROOM LICENSE.
   The City Council may issue a license for the sale of distilled liquor produced by the distiller for consumption on the premises of or adjacent to one distillery location owned by the distiller. Provided that:
   (A)   The applicant is licensed as a micro-distiller in the State of Minnesota;
   (B)   The applicant holds no other micro-distillery cocktail room licenses in the State of Minnesota;
   (C)   The applicant does not also hold a taproom license; and
   (D)   A taproom is not located on the same premises as the proposed micro-distillery cocktail room license.
