Eminent Domain
Section 9.01. ACQUISITION OF PROPERTY. The City may acquire, by purchase, gift, condemnation or otherwise, any property, either within or without its boundaries, that may be needed by the City for any public purpose. In acquiring property by exercising the power of eminent domain, the City shall proceed according to M.S. Ch. 117 or other applicable law.
