509.09 SLEEPING OR CHANGING CLOTHES IN VEHICLES.
   (a)   No person on any public property shall use any vehicle for the purpose of lodging, sleeping or changing clothes.
   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
