123.01 PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCES.

   Within two weeks of and after final passage, public notice of each new ordinance shall be given by publication at length, in a code of revised ordinances which is made available to the public in libraries, in the office of the Clerk of Council, and in the office of the City Manager.
