The architectural and exterior color schemes of new and remodeled residences, buildings and accessory structures shall conform in design, style and character to the existing types of residences, buildings and accessory structures in the Village. Both applied and inherent colors of materials shall not be unusual. Proposed color schemes shall be submitted to the Building Inspector for prior approval before any project is scheduled for construction. These submittals shall accompany the submission of the drawings to the Building Department and shall include color photographs of existing facilities.
